LIN Media-owned WUPW-TV Toledo, Ohio is working with the Red Cross
and area fire departments to distribute free smoke detectors to
those in need. WUPW-TV invites area residents to visit select locations
across Northwest Ohio on assigned dates to receive a free smoke
detector. More than 2,500 devices have been distributed in the past
15 months.
