WLEN-FM Supports Lost Boys’ Reward Fund with Listeners’ Love Songs

Topic: Neighbors in Need

Lenawee Broadcasting’s WLEN-FM Adrian, Mich., launched the Share Your Heart campaign this Valentine’s Day inviting listeners to send love song dedications, for a $5 fee. Proceeds from the fundraiser went to the Morenci Reward Fund for Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Skelton, local brothers ages 5, 7 and 9, who have been missing from their home since November 26, 2010. WLEN-FM aimed to raise awareness of their disappearance and encourage anyone with information about the boys to contact the National Coalition for Missing and Exploited Children.
