Albany Stations Host Radiothon for Children’s Hospital

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment’s WGY-AM/FM and WRVE-FM in Albany, N.Y. raised a record $564,000 during the 14th annual two-day radiothon, an increase of more than 17 percent over last year. The money raised in the radiothon benefited Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center. "Our passion to support the radiothon every year never fails to be matched by the heartfelt donations from our listeners," said Clear Channel’s Kristen Delaney. "The daily stories of triumph and recovery from Children’s Hospital continue to inspire us."
