Throughout December, WMAR-TV set up several toy donation sites throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area and encouraged viewers to drop off new toys for local families in need and for the children of fallen firefighters and police officers. Nearly 50,000 toys were collected and distributed to Maryland kids. Click here to watch video from the toy distribution on December 23.
