WXYZ-TV Report Prompts Fix to 1,300 Broken Highway Lights

Scripps-owned WXYZ-TV Southfield, Mich., recently aired an investigative piece that uncovered the numerous broken highway lights scattered across southeastern Michigan. The report prompted the Michigan Department of Transportation to announce a sweeping effort to repair approximately 1,300 lights by the end of the summer.
