Journal Broadcastingís CBS affiliate WTVF-TV Nashville received a Peabody Award for its year-long investigation into the outsourcing of government projects within Tennessee Governor Bill Haslamís administration. WTVF-TV presented more than three dozen reports that outlined questionable government activities described as "cronyism." The "Questions of Influence" series has led to a state audit, a review of several state contracts and hearings within the Tennessee legislature.
