Louisiana TV Station Hosts U.S. Senate Candidates in Debate

Gannett Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate WWL-TV New Orleans hosted U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu and Republican challenger Rob Maness on Oct. 27. In this debate, their third this election season, the candidates discussed health care reform, ISIS and immigration. U.S. Rep. Bill Cassidy, also running for the seat, declined an invitation to participate.
