Graham Media owned WJXT Jacksonville exposed unsafe conditions at the Eureka Gardens Apartments, including crumbling staircases, mold and gas leasks. WJXT brought attention to residents’ frustration, which they voiced when the complex passed a Department of Housing and Urban Development inspection. Eureka Gardens’ owner subsequently announced plans for major changes.
