MBC Grand Broadcasting’s WFMZ-TV Allentown, Pa. anchor Chandi Lowry was recognized by the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters for the 30-minute special “Hooked on Heroin: Chasing the High,” which aired November 22, 2015. Lowry received the award in the Outstanding Television Public Affairs Program category at the 2016 Awards Luncheon, May 16.
