Sinclair’s ABC affiliate WJLA-TV Washington, D.C. produced “Investigation: Local Cops Caught by Speed Cameras Evade Tickets” on May 9. The report discovered local on-duty cops have had 151 speed camera fines dismissed or reduced since 2013.
