Tri-Cities Stations Raise Over $395,000

Holston Valley Broadcasting’s WVEK-FM, WTFM-FM, WRZK-FM and WKPT-FM Johnson City, Tenn., raised $395,000 for the only children’s hospital in the region during their sixth annual Niswonger Children’s Hospital Radiothon, held February 26 - 27. Since its inception six years ago, the radiothon has raised more than $1,400,000.

“Our radio stations are always looking for ways to give back to our community,” said Holston Valley Broadcasting President David Widener. Since its beginning, the radiothon has raised more than $1,400,000.”
