The Texas Association of Broadcasters honored CBS-owned KTVT Dallas with a 2019 Bonner McLane Public Service Award in recognition of the station’s inaugural “Pulling Together” event. The “Texas-sized tug-of-war” held in August 2018 raised over $200,000 for Children’s Cancer Fund.
