KQKQ-FM Collects More Than 100 Miles of Toilet Paper

NRG Media’s KQKQ-FM Omaha collected over 2,000 rolls of toilet paper on February 7 for Omaha’s Open Door Mission, a resource center for people experiencing homelessness and poverty. On-air personalities Nikki Oswald and Laura Blenkush sat on closed toilets outside the station in snow and 20-degree temperatures. They stayed outside until the goal of collecting 98.5 miles, approximately 1,700 rolls, was surpassed.
