KRWM’s Home Team Harvest Raises $8 Million

Hubbard Radio’s KRWM-FM Seattle, Wash., was nominated for a Service to Community Award in the Radio – Major Market category.

In collaboration with KING-TV and in partnership with AT&T, Safeway and Albertson’s supermarkets, KRWM-FM supported KING-TV’s 19th annual Home Team Harvest food drive to help the Northwest Harvest food bank organization. This annual campaign included supermarket $10 hunger bags, a text to give campaign and a live televised and radio broadcast held on December 7, 2019. As a partner of this annual campaign, KRWM-FM raised a total of 7.98 million meals for 475 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools in Washington.
