Yet, some newsrooms don’t reflect their cities when it comes to diversity in hiring. In this discussion with local journalists and community activists, Vegas PBS explores the importance of having newsrooms reflect the places they serves and what Southern Nevadan newsrooms can do to improve hiring practices.
