Beasley Media Group’s 93.3 WMMR-FM hosted "Preston & Steve Camp Out For Hunger" November 1-5, collecting more than 2.3 million pounds of food and raising $1.04 million to benefit needy individuals and families residing throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Proceeds directly benefited local hunger relief organizations through Philabundance, Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization.

Preston and Steve started their food drive in 1998 after recognizing that hunger was a serious issue in the Philadelphia area. This year listeners were welcomed back into the broadcast tent as dozens of local and national celebrities, performers, and athletes were either on hand, or ‘zoomed in’ to lend their support.
