Beasley Media Group’s First Quarter Community of Caring Campaign Focused on Traffic Safety

Topic: Safety Initiatives

Beasley Media Group’s first quarter companywide Community of Caring Initiative is focused on traffic safety. Through on-air public service announcements, digital content on station websites and interviews on public service shows, the campaign reminds drivers to slow down and move over on busy roadways to provide first responders and construction workers with the necessary room to work.

Every day, an average of two emergency responders are struck by vehicles while helping people on the road. Some are critically injured and can no longer work. Every fifth day, one dies. Beasley Media Group is thrilled to help protect the hardworking police, firefighters, emergency first responders and construction workers who support their communities.
