The “B100 (WBYT-FM) St. Jude Radiothon” raised $321,425. The Elkhart, Ind., station’s footprint covers Indiana and Michigan. The fundraising effort included an outreach to schools to collect pennies, leading to two million pennies collected. B100 also featured numerous stories about the good work St. Jude has done over the years. This year’s total was a record for the radiothon, bringing the total amount raised to more than $6.3 million over the years.
