KFVS Collects 628 Pints of Blood

Raycomís CBS affiliate KFVS Cape Girardeau, Mo. collected 628 pints of blood during the 22nd annual "Heartland Blood Drive," held January 11-14 at seven locations in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. The event launched January 11 with a private drive in the KFVS studio. It was a success despite the ice storm that caused most collection locations to shut down for part of the campaign.
